ADSORPTION DRYER
The adsorption dryers produced by our company are divided into micro-thermal regeneration dryers (LS-GZ series) and non-thermal regeneration dryers (LS-WUGZ series), which are deep dehydrating and multistage filtration purification treatment of compressed high-pressure gas. The control forms are divided into manual control, semi-automatic control and automatic control. The semi-automatic type only needs to manually switch the tower, adopts automatic control of temperature and pressure, and regenerates the adsorbent. The main valve adopts two-way ball valve, and the failure rate is low. The automatic model adopts imported PLC+ touch screen control, which can automatically switch the reverse tower and automatically regenerate, realizing 24 hours unattended. Complete sets of equipment including A, B tower, separator, filter, oil remover, heater, pressure reducing device and pipeline system, etc., is one of the main configuration equipment of air source station, has been in chemical, aerospace, petrochemical, machinery, electronics, instrumentation and other industries, energy fields such as: Pipeline natural gas dehydration, coalbed methane dehydration, gas dehydration, well gas dehydration, methane dehydration, shale gas dehydration, coke oven gas dehydration and other application scenarios have been widely used.
LS-GZ series of high pressure air micro-thermal regeneration dryer produced by our company can handle gas volume from 1m³/ min-30m ³/min, the atmospheric pressure dew point of treated gas can reach -55℃~-60℃, the maximum particle size of dust is less than 3μm, and the inlet and outlet pressure drop is less than 0.05MPa. When the regeneration temperature is 180℃~230℃ and the oil content of the intake air is less than 10mg/Nm³, the oil content of the exhaust air can reach less than 0.1mg/Nm³. When the user's gas dew point requirements are not so strict, higher than -50℃, we can choose LS-WUGZ series high pressure heat free regeneration dryer. The control mode is selected by the user. When the atmospheric dew point of -55℃ to -60℃ is required by the temperament, the micro-thermal regeneration drying method is generally selected, and the non-thermal regeneration drying method is generally selected when the temperature is higher than -50℃.
