DPS Series Centrifugal Oil Purifier
Application:
DPS series centrifugal oil purifier adopts the principle of high speed centrifuge and is equipped with the function of vacuum exhaust, which can quickly separate incompatible substances (mechanical impurities, free water) with different specific gravity. Suitable for all kinds of turbine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, sealing oil, etc., the viscosity of the purified oil can reach 680mm²/s. However, due to its principle, dissolved water can not be removed, so it is often used in combination with vacuum oil filter unit to achieve four-phase separation (solid particles, free water, dissolved water, gas).
The centrifugal component of the oil is rotated at a high speed at 8600 RPM, and the centrifugal force generated will be larger than the proportion of various metal and non-metal pollutants in the oil and the water in the oil by pure physical separation.
