Rule for Coalescing
The high efficiency coalescence separation filter is composed of a variety of materials with different characteristics. At present, the coalescing separation materials used are all German products, which can ensure the use effect. Different materials have different filter voids, surface tension characteristics and oleophilic/hydrophilic and oleophobic/hydrophobic polarity. Through the combination of different materials, three purposes of filtration, coalescing and separation can be achieved, so as to ensure the final separation effect.
Filtering
In addition to the oil smoke, the oil mist also contains various solid particles. The existence of solid particles will affect the effect of coalescence separation and greatly reduce the service life of the filter element. We design efficient deep filtration before the coalescence separation layer, and the flue gas can pass through the coalescence separation filter core after deep filtration, thus greatly improving the life of the filter core.
Coalescing
Coalescence is performed according to the surface tension of the medium. The coalescence layer is composed of three to four kinds of materials wrapped in multiple layers. Through the specially designed gas channel structure, the structural change of flue gas from small oil vapor to large oil droplets is realized. With large flow capacity and strong coalescing capacity, the filter can be used in the harsh environment of saturated oil mist for a long time, and has the advantages that traditional methods such as sintering method and felting method cannot match.
Separating
The flue gas passing through the coalescing filter will enter the separation layer of the filter. The large oil droplets move forward driven by the gas, collide with the separation layer due to the oleophilic/oleophobic polarity, and finally sink to the bottom of the container due to gravity.
Discharging
The oil separated from the oil fume fan is very clean and can be used directly back. According to the design requirements of the P&ID system diagram of the API614 oil station, Lushun oil mist separator is specially reserved for oil discharge pipelines, and the pipelines are deep below the minimum liquid level.
