FXJ Series Oil Slick Collection Machine
Product Introduction:
FXJ series oil collection machine is widely used to recycle oil slicks which floats in water with various compositions such as machine oil, lubricating oil, kerosene, diesel, plant oil, and other liquids with specific gravity lower than water. It is used in the process of collecting oil slicks and separating other two kinds of liquid with different specific gravity from water storage reservoirs which contain oily sewage, circulating cooling water storage pools, and preconditioning regulating reservoir which contains oily water before deep purification.

● Reasonable structure, light and small, and easy to operate.
● It consists of oil collection section under water and secondary separation section on the ground.
● With secondary separation section on the ground to improve the purity of the oil recycle.
● Able to recycle oil slicks regardless of thickness while regulates the depth of immersion to its float bowl.
● No oil layer perturbation during oil collection with oil catcher. Excellent oil recovery and low water content.
● This machine is equipped with a strainer at upper end of the oil catcher to avoid it being clogged, thus to ensure its reliable operation.
Working Principle:
● Section Under Water: Start oil pump, the oil slicks which is purified by strainer flow into the oil catcher.
● Section On The Ground: Then the oil liquid in the oil catcher goes though rubber hose and oil storage tank into the secondary separation unit on the ground. By inclined tube separation, the oil floats and the water sinks. Then the oil flows into oil recycling drum through a tube and awaits to be recycled and deepening treatment, while the water flows back into the water storage reservoir through adjusting nut and clear water overflow groove.
Components:
● Oil catcher: consists of float bowl and oil gathering barrel. It shall be placed into the grease traps to collect the oil slicks by its adjustable depth of immersion to its flow bowl to keep its upper end-face horizontal and under water.
● Power device: consists of oil-well pump and oil storage tank. The oil slicks in grease traps shall be pumped into an oil-water separation device through the oil catcher to finish the secondary separation.
● Oil-water separation device: this device shall be placed nearby the grease trap. It recycles the oil slicks by secondary separation. And oil flows into oil recycling drum by oil outlet while water gets back to the water storage reservoir by its overflow ports.
