Application
LUSHUN GYL Series High Temperature Oil Cooling Machine is mainly used for CNC filing bed, lathe, broaching machine, CNC wire cutting machine, CNC high precision grinding machine; CNC five-surface integrated processing center; High-speed mechanical spindle, electric spindle, static pressure spindle, and other mechanical hydraulic station and lubricating system which are in need of high - temperature oil cooling.
Advantages:
●The compressor and refrigeration components of its refrigeration system adopt international famous brand products and guarantee the good quality and lasting stability of the equipment;
●The oil circulation system adopts variable vane pump to ensure low noise, stable output pressure and flow rate;
●It is no need of cooling tower, and can improve the operation reliability of processing equipment, extend their service life, prevent the main axis of CNC metal processing equipment from affecting the machining accuracy due to temperature fluctuation;
●It is with function of fault alarm, self-check and signal output, and can be linked with the main machine;
●It can avoid excessive oil temperature, resulting in evaporation, deterioration of oil, and lower oil viscosity.
