PURIFITEC® High-efficiency Oil Filter
● Widely used in purification and filtration of various oils.
● With high filtration efficiency (β ≥ 1000), filters solid contamination efficiently and quickly.
● Select the international leading level of high performance and resin consolidated inorganic fiber filter material, fixed gap structure, filter material without shedding.
● The spatial three-dimensional structure is formed by resin to ensure the stability of the flow channel, to reduce the pressure loss and to increase the flow rate of a single filter core.
● Adopt with gradient structure membrane material which pore size is from thick to fine to realize layered interception and increase the contamination holding capacity of the filter core and prolong its service life.
● Filter cores with or without inner cage can be as per option.
● With professional and technological pleating design, maximized filtration area, increased processing capacity, smaller filter core shape and uniform flow distribution.
● Antistatic structure that minimizes the generation and discharge of static charges and prevents static electricity from destroying filter elements, shells, or fluids.
