JL-Q Series Pneumatic Pump Oil Filter Cart
Application:
JL-Q Series Pneumatic Pump Oil Filter Carts are especially used in power plants, power stations, power supply bureaus, oil depots, metallurgy, chemical industry, railway station, machinery industry, etc. It can filter out impurities while conveying liquid medium such as mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, compressor oil, insulating oil, etc. It can also filter out impurities online. The equipment can be used as long as there is 0.1-0.8 Mpa compressed air at the site. Its filtration precision, filtering stages, flow rate can be freely selected according to actual needs. It can optionally equipped with heating system with working power is 5KW.
Advantages:
● It is available for online oil purification;
● Two stages oil filter cartridges, high filtration precision;
● In no need of power supply. It can be operated once there is compressed air with pressure at 0.1-0.8 MPa,
● The working pressure of the air supply can be controlled by pneumatic parts, and the pump can stop working automatically in case its filter elements is clogged.
