Heat treatment processing mainly includes bright quenching, bright annealing, bright tempering, continuous casting, continuous rolling, and steel strip; Aluminum strip, aluminum thin rolling and other protective heating processes to prevent oxidation, decarburization and other processes of the product. The application of nitrogen generators in heat treatment processing includes the following aspects:
1. Vacuum heat treatment: When nitrogen is used as a cooling medium for nitrogen pressurized oil quenching, the nitrogen pressure of the nitrogen generator is adjusted to improve the quenching hardness of the steel parts and protect the electric heating elements of the vacuum furnace;
2. Controllable atmosphere: Nitrogen, as a diluent gas, can reduce the consumption of raw material gas and decrease the formation of carbon black;
3. Carbonization and nitriding: The nitrogen gas produced by the nitrogen generator can be used for anti oxidation cooling after carburizing, reducing the degree of internal oxidation of steel parts, improving the furnace gas decomposition rate and the fatigue strength and fracture resistance of parts;
4. Protection gas and safety gas: blowing and exhausting inside the furnace, sealing the gas curtain of the furnace door; When the gas and power are cut off, the nitrogen produced by the nitrogen generator can be sent into the furnace to prevent furnace gas explosion.
