The SF6/N2 gas mixture charging device independently developed by our company has the following advantages compared with the conventional mixed gas charging devices on the market:
Ease of operation and automation: The equipment operation process is highly simplified. No professional technical requirements are needed. Just connect the cylinders and start the machine. Users can directly set the charging pressure and start it with one click. The equipment will automatically stop when the set pressure is reached. If the SF6 or N2 cylinder is exhausted, the system will automatically pause the charging and trigger an interface alarm. After replacing the cylinder, the charging process will be automatically resumed.
Wide applicability and universality: The equipment supports charging operations for SF6 concentration ranging from 100% to 0%. It has extremely high universality and can meet diverse gas mixture demands, suitable for various application scenarios.
Accuracy of mixture ratio guarantee: The equipment adopts a unique algorithm technology to ensure that the mixture ratio error is controlled within 0.9%. Even if the measurement is conducted several hours after the charging is completed, the change in the mixture ratio does not exceed 0.5%, which is significantly better than traditional mixed gas charging devices (the maximum change can reach 4%), ensuring the stability and accuracy of gas mixture.
Intelligent operation and remote control: The equipment is equipped with a touch screen operation interface and integrates a remote transmission module. It supports remote control through the network, enhancing the convenience of operation and the manageability of the equipment.
