Application

TY series are applies to thermal power generating set, hydro electric generating set, nuclear power station and steam turbine set in which turbine oil is used in huge quantity. The machine can purify the oil in due time before it is deteriorated. Furthermore, TY machine can treat oil with gas and water, deteriorated oil, oil with acid, oil with foam and emulsified oil to efficiently remove the water, gas and impurities in that. By this way, the machine ensures the oil properties to meet the requirements of GB/T7596-2000 Turbine Oil Standard and to guarantee normal working of turbine generating set and its lubricating system. TY series turbine oil purifier can conduct online operation of demulsification, dehydration and filtration to make the heavily emulsified and cloudy turbine oil clean and transparent.

●Equipped with emergency stop for electric leakage and power overload to protect the motor.

●With phase-sequence, phase lose protection function and safety control for sudden shut-down.

●Online moisture tester and online particle counter are available as optional components.

What is Turbine Oil Filtration machine advantages?
The TY series of the turbine oil purifier machine is especially adaptable and suitable for handling turbine oil, hydraulic oil, refrigeration oil and other lubricating oils that require huge amount of water elimination and precise filtering functions.
It is mainly designed to purify the waste oils that have large water content and are seriously emulsified.
Strong performance in purifying impurities. It uses a filtering material that has a composite microporous structure that is corrosion-proof and heat-resistant. This is a durable and lasting device, with long-lasting usage, and the deeply-layered filtering elements within the large surface area are able to filter out the microscopic impurities from the oil content in deeper layers.
Strong capabilities in filtering water and demulsification. It easily separates huge volume of water from the oil, and filters out small volumes of water in the oil as well.
