Product Introduction

The BBS-I transformer sealing and pressure holding experimental equipment mainly consists of dedicated joints, oil pumps, oil tanks, coarse filters, liquid level sensors, vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges, valve groups, and control systems. Adopting advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control technology, high-quality filters, and efficient vacuum pumps, it has functions such as oil storage, circulation, and constant pressure mode. It is a sealing experimental device currently used for testing transformer bodies. The machine has a small size and reliable performance, greatly reducing labor intensity and work difficulty, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment, and is widely used for sealing experiments of transformer bodies.

This device is implemented in four modes:

1. Oil storage mode: (The oil in the oil drum is sucked into the storage oil tank. When the oil in the storage oil tank reaches the medium level, the equipment stops feeding oil.)

2. Circulation mode: (The oil in the storage tank undergoes internal circulation, with the aim of eliminating air bubbles in the oil.)

3. Constant pressure mode: This equipment achieves the sealing of the transformer body through a constant pressure (a constant pressure and a hysteresis value are set for the transformer. When the hysteresis value is lower than the set hysteresis value, the equipment starts to supply oil to the transformer. When the constant pressure value is reached, the equipment stops supplying oil).

4. Drain Mode: After the equipment has completed operation, select the "Drain Mode" to discharge the oil from the equipment.


Technical Solution

1. BBS-Ⅰ transformer sealing and pressure holding test equipment, used for transformer sealing test. Before oil injection, close the gas relay butterfly valve and connect the test equipment to the oil storage tank and the main body to inject transformer oil from the oil storage tank into the main body through the oil pump.

2. It can monitor the oil pressure of the transformer body in real time. When the pressure reaches the set value or is abnormal, the solenoid valve closes, automatically stops the oil injection, and begins to maintain for 24 hours.

3. Through the programming of the automatic control module, human-computer interaction, as well as functions such as equipment parameter setting, menu selection, and equipment self-check are realized. Intelligent control of equipment operation: The equipment adopts PLC with touch screen control function. The main functions are: (1) The intelligent section is divided into: A. Monitoring whether the input voltage of the power grid is abnormal; B. Operating current of the equipment C. Whether the oil pump is operating normally; D. Operating pressure of the equipment E. Operating flow rate of the equipment; F. Life reminder (maintenance or replacement) for each major operating component of the equipment; (2) Data Analysis: Based on the analysis of data from each sensor, intelligent decisions can be made and the changes in pressure and time can be calculated. This dedicated equipment mainly consists of a dedicated connector, an oil pump, an oil tank, a coarse filter, a liquid level sensor, a vacuum pump, a vacuum gauge, a valve group and a control system, which can realize the sealing test of the transformer body.

● It can be achieved through four modes: oil storage mode, circulation mode, constant pressure mode and emptying mode

● The automatic liquid level control system and automatic pressure protection system ensure the high-performance operation of the equipment.

● The whole machine is equipped with interlocking safety protection. The oil discharge system is interlocked with the liquid level pressure to prevent adverse effects caused by misoperation.

● A liquid level controller is set up and interlocked with the oil pump to ensure that no oil is sprayed during oil transportation and to prevent the oil pump from running dry when replenishing oil externally.

● The electrical control system is manufactured in accordance with the IEC60204-1:2000 /GB5226.1-2002 standard.

● A safety device to prevent the backflow of oil should be installed on the oil outlet pipeline.

● The oil transfer pump adopts high-quality pumps, featuring low operating noise and a long service life.

● Conducting a sealing test on the transformer of the corrugated (internal oil) type oil storage tank can avoid the use of large-scale construction machinery on site for operation and reduce the operation risk.

● The oil pump motor adopts frequency conversion, and a flowmeter is installed on the pipeline, so the oil flow rate can be adjusted according to actual needs.

● The oil inlet and outlet ports adopt quick couplings, ensuring reliable sealing and simple and quick operation.

● It is equipped with an overload shutdown device to protect the motor. ●It is equipped with phase sequence and phase loss protection functions, as well as sudden shutdown safety control.

● Due to the relatively low flow rate, there will be no problems such as static electricity in the oil flow.
