XJY Series Pint-sized Vacuum Oil Purifier
Application:
LUSHUN XJY Series Pint-sized Vacuum Oil Purifiers are widely applied in power plants, power stations, power enterprises, power transmission and transformation, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery, transportation, railway and other industries.They can be used for on-site hot oil circular drying, oil purification and replenishment for various oil-immersed transformers, oil-immersed current-voltage transformers, high-voltage low-oil circuit breakers and other sealed oil-immersed equipment while vacuumizing them, and can also regenerate and purify the mild degraded transformer oil to make its performance up to the standard of qualified oil.

●Equipped with unique, efficient dehydration and degassing system. Adopting large area tridimensional flash evaporation technology, moisture and gas in the oil can be separated out quickly.
●Equipped with precision filtration system, high quality filter cartridges, multistage precision filtration step by step, can effectively remove mechanical impurities out of the oil. It also equipped with automatic detection function of filter cartridge contamination.
●Heating system adopts optimum pipeline design to ensure uniform heating and stable oil temperature.
●Equipped with automatic temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system and excellent configuration to ensure the high performance of the equipment.
●Can unattended working online,the running status is shown by the indicator lamps.
●Each whole machine is equipped with chain safety protection, oil discharge system, vacuum system and heating system to avoid the adverse effects caused by misoperation.
●Equipped with filter element replacement indication and filter saturation stop device.
●Equipped with electric leakage and overload stop device to protect motor.
●Equipped with functions of phase sequence, default phase protection, and sudden stop safety control.
