ZJS Series Roots Water-ring Vacuum Pump Unit
Application:
LUSHUN ZJS Series Roots Water-ring Vacuum Pump Unit is widely used for: (1) Chemical products vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, dehydration crystallization and vacuum drying; (2) Polyester chips treatment in textile industry; (3) Vacuum drying and vacuum distillation in pharmaceutical industry; (4) Vacuum freeze drying, vacuum compression and vacuum preservation in food industry. This kind of vacuum pump unit can be used for vacuum smelting and degassing molten steel in metallurgical industry.
Working Principle:
LUSHUN ZJS Series Roots Water-ring Vacuum Pump Unit is a vacuum pumping equipment with roots pump as its main pump (including line pump) and water-ring pump as its backing pump. The whole set consists of roots pump, water-ring pump, pipeline, valve, steam separator, electric control cabinet and so on. The combination of different types of roots pump and water ring pump can form different roots water-ring pump unit for different working conditions. Ranging from 2-stage (1 roots pump and 1 water-ring pump) in series to 4-stage (3 roots pumps + 1 water-ring pump) in series, the vacuum pumping unit can get different ultimate vacuum degree (650~10-1Pa) to meet different technological requirements.
Advantages:
Because of the characteristic of the roots pump (that is, a certain gap between the rotor and the pump and no lubricating oil in the pump chamber) and the characteristics of water ring pump (that is, a certain gap between the impeller and the pump shell, using water as the sealing medium between the pump body and impeller), the biggest characteristic of this unit is that it is suitable for pumping out dusty, massive condensable and a certain corrosive gases. At the same time, it avoids the deficiency of the condensable gas in other vacuum pumping units which emulsifies the vacuum oil in the mechanical pump, and eliminates the vacuum pump oil pollution to the vacuum system. And this series of vacuum unit can be designed to be used in parallel operation to improve its pumping capacity as per actual needs.
