ZZS Series Vacuum Distillation Equipment

Usage:

This equipment is used in the aluminum foil (copper foil) rolling process. The rolling oil—used as a lubricant and cooling medium throughout the process—is divided into two main categories: cold-rolling oil and hot-rolling oil. Its composition typically includes base oils, additives, and auxiliary agents. During use, impurities, moisture, grease, and waste oil are inevitably introduced as contaminants. By employing a vacuum distillation process, the rolling oil can be recycled and reused, thereby reducing production costs and enhancing the economic benefits of the enterprise.

It can also be used to separate any two or more hydrocarbons whose boiling-point ranges differ sufficiently from each other using this system.

Optional configuration:

● A settling tank is selected to separate free water and impurities, thereby reducing the amount of water entering the vacuum distillation equipment and increasing the distillation rate. ● If cooling water is unavailable at the job site, a closed-loop cooling system can be optionally equipped.
