Our mdoel FZB-J-30 Waste Oil Distillation Plant ( for Base Oil Production) installed successfully in Singapore this month.

 This plant is special for recycling the black waste oil,including engine oil,dirt waste oil,mixed oil,etc.It can be effectively transform waste oil to base oil under high temperature distillation , In the process distillation , make hydrocarbon molecules break out and re-order combination,forming new oil.

It can remove the residue,asphalt,was,impurities,moisture ,acid ,carbon and oxide from waste oil. Finally we get required diesel oil in good color

And it is energy-saving, environmental friendly, during the process , it will produce less waste sludge,this sludge doesn’t any oil, there is no pollution for the environment, the oil and low volatile are discharged after combustion of hydrocarbons and purification treatment.So there is no odor and no pollution.
