Meaning of Oil Filter Model Number

What are the models of oil filters?  Read my introduction, I believe you will know more about it.  

I.Transformer insulation oil vacuum oil filter  

1. The letters ZJB-100 stand for single-stage vacuum oil filter, and the flow rate is 100L/min.  This kind of vacuum oil filter is used to purify abnormal insulating oil below 110KV.  

2. Letters like ZJA-100 stand for two-stage vacuum oil filter, and the flow rate is 100L/min.  This kind of vacuum oil filter is used to purify abnormal insulating oil up to 220KV.  

II. turbine oil filter (due to different standards are divided into TY series and ZJCQ series)  

1. Ty-100 vacuum oil filter such letters stand for vacuum oil filter, the flow is 100L/min.  Used for purification of turbine oil.  

2. The letter ZJCQ-6 vacuum oil filter stands for vacuum oil filter, and the flow rate is 100L/min.  Used for purification of turbine oil.  

3. Ly-100 this type of oil filter is called plate and frame pressure oil filter, and the flow rate is 100L/ min.  It is often used to filter impurities in turbine oil.  

III. hydraulic oil filter  

1. My-100-4r hydraulic oil precision filter;  Lyc-100 oil filter vehicle;  Lyck-100 precision Oil filter, the letter stands for oil filter, the flow is 100L/min.  Used for purification of impurities in hydraulic oil.  

2. The letters ZJD-30 stand for hydraulic oil vacuum oil filter, and the flow rate is 30L/min.  Used for water purification of hydraulic oil.  

IV. Lubricating oil vacuum oil filter  

The letters TYA-30 stand for lube vacuum filter with a flow rate of 30L/min.  Used for lubricating oil impurity water purification treatment.  

V. Vacuum oil filter for refrigerant oil  

The letters ZJLD-30 stand for refrigerated oil vacuum filter with a flow rate of 30L/min.  Used for purification of impurities and water in refrigerated oil.  

VI. gear oil filter oil tanker  

The letters LYCG-100 stand for gear oil filter and tanker. The flow rate is 100L/min.  Used for gear oil impurity filtration and gear oil oiling purposes.
