Hydraulic oil is one of the main products of lubricating oil testing, the main role of hydraulic oil is to improve the performance of hydraulic equipment and prolong the service life of hydraulic components, so its development and production is an important part of the development of hydraulic technology.  Hydraulic technology is widely used in machine tools, metallurgical machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, agricultural machinery, automobile and aircraft, ships and other industries.  At present, hydraulic oil detection is generally based on the mandatory national standard GB 11118.1-2011.  GB 11118.1-2011 According to the use of hydraulic oil is divided into L-HL, L-HM, L-HV, L-HS, L-HG five types, respectively for anti-oxygen rust hydraulic oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil (high pressure, ordinary), low temperature hydraulic oil, ultra-low temperature hydraulic oil and hydraulic guide oil.  

The largest domestic output of hydraulic oil is HM oil, mainly producing viscosity grades HM32, HM46, HM68, a small number of production HM22, HM100, HM150.  Due to the huge demand, HM oil is gradually divided into (ordinary) anti-wear hydraulic oil, (high pressure) anti-wear hydraulic oil two varieties.  HV46, HS32, and HG68 viscosity grades are mainly produced for HV, HS, and HG oils with low production volumes.  Although HV oil and HS oil production proportion is small, but with the demand for high-grade hydraulic oil will be more and more, as a high viscosity index, high-performance hydraulic oil representative of HV and HS base oil, it is believed that there will be a certain space for development in the future application.

HL oil is mainly used in low and medium pressure hydraulic systems, such as precision machine tools.  It can also be used for oil bath non-circulating lubrication system of light load machinery requiring long oil change period.  Antioxidant anticorrosive detection technology of hydraulic oil mainly includes: density, colour, appearance, flash point, viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, acid value, moisture content, mechanical impurity, cleanliness, copper corrosion, corrosion, bubble in liquid phase and air release value, seal adaptability index and demulsibility, oxidation stability, rotary oxygen bomb, grinding spot diameter.  When the hydraulic system pressure is lower than 6.3 MPa, the hydraulic medium can use anti-oxygen and anti-rust hydraulic oil.  

 

HM oil usage and technical test index  

 

HM oil is used in medium and high pressure hydraulic systems, such as furnace top machinery of metallurgical machinery, as well as lubrication parts of other medium load machinery.  Anti-wear hydraulic oil (common) testing technical indicators mainly include:  Density, color, appearance, flash point, viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, acid value, moisture content, mechanical impurity, cleanliness, copper corrosion, sulfate ash, liquid corrosion, bubble, air release value, seal adaptability index, demulsibility, oxidation stability, rotating oxygen bomb, the FZG gear machine test, vane pump test, grinding spot diameter.  

 

Detection technical indicators mainly include:  Density, chroma, appearance, flash point, moving viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, acid value, moisture, mechanical impurities, cleanliness, copper corrosion, sulfate ash, liquid phase corrosion, foamy property, air release value, sealing adaptability index, demulsification, oxidation stability, rotary oxygen shell, FZG  Gear machine test, spot diameter, double pump test, hydrolytic stability, thermal stability, filter, shear stability.  

 

When the pressure in 6.3mpa ~ 16.0mpa under the hydraulic medium available HM (ordinary) (ordinary anti-wear hydraulic oil);  When the pressure is higher than 16.0mpa, HM (high pressure) (high pressure anti-wear hydraulic oil) can be used;

HM oil, HS oil belongs to the low temperature working environment using hydraulic oil products, such as lifting machine, crusher, perforation of mining machinery equipment and special equipment, such as of shipment are fieldwork in mines, especially in cold region, environment temperature below 15 ℃, low temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil should be used HV or HS, to ensure that at low temperature is easy to start,  And quickly reach the normal operating temperature.  L-hv low-temperature hydraulic oil, L-HS ultra-low temperature hydraulic oil detection technical indicators mainly include:  Density, color, appearance, flash point, moving viscosity, low temperature viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, acid value, moisture, mechanical impurities, cleanliness, copper corrosion, sulfate ash, liquid phase corrosion, foamy property, air release value, sealing adaptability index, demulsification, oxidation stability, rotary oxygen shell, FZG  Gear machine test, spot diameter, double pump test, hydrolytic stability, thermal stability, filter, shear stability.  When the ambient temperature is -5℃ ~ -25℃, HV low temperature hydraulic oil can be used;  When the ambient temperature is -5℃ ~ -40℃, HS ultra-low temperature hydraulic oil can be used.  

 

HG oil usage and technical test index  

 

HG oil is used in machine tools with hydraulic and rail lubrication systems, as well as in other mechanical lubrication parts where good stick-slip properties are required.  L - HG hydraulic rail oil detection technology indicators mainly include: density, color, appearance, flash point, viscosity, viscosity index, pour point, acid value, moisture content, mechanical impurity, cleanliness, copper corrosion, rust, saponification value, the bubble in liquid phase and the seal adaptability index, demulsibility, oxidation stability, FZG gear machine test, grinding spot diameter, sticky - features.
